Today I wanted to write about Psusennes I, the third pharaoh of the 21st dynasty.
He was a son of Pinedjem I. His rule was succeeded by Amenemope.
When his tomb was discovered in 1939 most of it had been destroyed by water yet his gold and lapis funerary mask was intact.
